First aid skills can fade over time, and workplace safety regulations require that certified first aiders renew their qualifications every three years. Our First Aid Re-qualification Course is designed to refresh and reinforce essential life-saving skills while ensuring continued compliance with HSE regulations. If your First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate has expired within the last three months, you are eligible for this renewal course. If your certification has lapsed beyond three months, you will need to complete the full First Aid at Work course instead. Accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and compliant with HSE standards, this two-day hands-on course provides realistic, scenario-based training using fake blood, choking manikins, and lifelike CPR demonstrations on mannequins dressed in T-shirts for authenticity.

Our First Aid Re-qualification Course consists of 12 hours of face-to-face practical training over two days. The course is designed to refresh, update, and reinforce critical first aid knowledge.

- Bleeding Control & Shock Management – Practising with fake blood and wound simulations for a realistic experience.
- Fractures & Spinal Injuries – Safely stabilising injuries.
- Poisoning & Burns – Identifying and treating exposure injuries.
- Seizures & Epilepsy – Managing seizure-related emergencies.
- Heart Attack & Stroke – Understanding symptoms and immediate first aid response.
- Choking Emergencies – Using choking manikins to practice abdominal thrusts effectively.
- Asthma, Diabetes & Anaphylaxis – Managing severe allergic reactions and breathing difficulties.
